With the FIDS Logi´s phenomenal access possibilities, durability and Power Management/Protection, you never have to worry that your data goes loss in your vehicle computer. The power protection consists in several smart power managements that feature both reliability and energy savings. That means among others that FIDS Logi automatically power ON/OFF when turning ON/OFF the ignition of you vehicle. When you power ON the computer the delay is 3sec and when you turn it OFF you can choose if the delay should be 0, 5, 10 or 15min. FIDS Logi has also an auto power OFF when the temperature is below -20°C and a built-in battery that provides 15 min of power without mains connection. The device has also an Over/Under Voltage protection and an Over current protection.

FIDS Logi is developed on a platform with Intel Atom processor, up to 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of SSD storage that gives you a powerful but also an energy saving computer. The unit delivers as standard with Windows 7 Ultimate and with 6pcs programmable quick setting buttons. The Logi is fully sealed; IP55 rated and meets the standards of MIL-STD-810G. Handle rain and dust and is also shock- and drop proof.

The Logi delivers with a sharp 10.4” XGA (1024x768) sunlight readable (700nits) display with a sensitive resistive multi touch and a stylus pen as optional that gives you the opportunity to handle the multi touch screen even with gloves on your hand. The display is also equipped with a tempered glass that allows it to withstand even the hardest shocks and knocks.

FIDS Logi has the optimal built-in I/O-ports for vehicle mounting as: 4x USB 2.0, 1x Mini-USB 2.0, 2x RS232, 1x RJ45, 1x Audio In/Out, 1x Power connector and 4x External antenna connectors (1x WWAN, 1x GPS, 2x WLAN). The Logi also include an Expansion slot with 1x SDcard (SDHC). With the wireless and embedded communication tools the flexibility gets increased. FIDS Logi offers with among others WLAN, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Gobi 3000 or LTE WWAN.
